Pokemon Pt.1

Over the years I've played pokemon, and I haven't really given it any thought about how it would burn out, but I guess I don't have to anymore because it has become it's own living breathing pocket monster!

My fondest memories would be of my pokemon yellow and the pokemon stadium that accompanied it for me. I would often find myself playing as late as I could into the night just to finish another town in the game. The great combination of Yellow and Stadium for me was the fact that stadium had the connection feature where you could store your pokemon onto the N64 cartridge. With this feature I used and abused it, I would start a game, finish it and transfer all my pokemon over to Stadium and then start again on my Yellow cartridge. This alone made my fight to catch them all seem very much more at ease.

My Yellow cartridge is another interesting item in of itself, just for the fact that it took about 7 runs through wash/dry cycles to render the battery in the cart unable to hold a save. Although it was a sad day, I really should have seen it coming.

Into the next generation of pokemon which I don't remember as well, but probably love the most out of them all (some sort of memory/nostalgia relation!?). I'll leave this summery short. I love the whole Kanto and Johto exploration, it really made it feel like a big full packed game, and how you fought Red, the trainer from the first generation of pokemon games. I played my silver cart until it could not hold it's save, which I kept if for so long and eventually ripped it apart and threw it to the sea! A true viking funeral.

New 7th Saga peice

So I Finally scanned up most of the stuff I have done now, but here's just a small taste. This leaves me with 2 of 2 eb art and 2 of 2 7th Saga fan art for the first 2 weeks. Hurra for being on schedule

The 100 fan art challenge

I've decided to do a 100 fan art challenge, but it's going to be a tad different to most, because I've decided to go with 50 Earthbound art's and 50 "The 7th Saga" pieces. I've also decided to do it all in one year, so HUP HUP GET ME UP UP TO DO SOME STUFFSTUFF
